I have never ever had that much data on a SIM in any country I have visited, but it was nice knowing that I could check Facebook every minutes to see no new posts without using up all my data. I am newly here, so my Portuguese is very limited (for the moment), but I always start any conversation with my very best effort to speak Portuguese first. If I can not say it on my own, I will use a language app to assist. Every single person I have ever encountered has been gracious and kind...Not at 5àSec. Outright and unnecessarily rude is exactly how I would describe every single person who works there... which tells me that it comes from the location's manager,... just a guess. I have taken quite a lot of business there, but today was the last straw. never again. I will happily find ANYWHERE else to take my business.. it is ironic that they are so aggressively rude about non-native speakers since they are in the heart of tourist Lisbon. I certainly have no expectation that these folks should be my besties, but it is shame that they spend so much energy making people, like myself, who are trying our best to be considerate feel badly for even trying. if I were upper management at 5àSec, I would maybe transfer these women to a location that is more locally inclined and maybe bring some more considerate and kind people into the location which services a considerable amount of tourists...just a thought.

I went back and spoke to another person at the hotel and they said they regularly have this problem. Don't waste your time. She's the worst.
