I was booked for Valentine's Day, and Simone, showed up to my home promptly with flowers and a gift box for my husband and I; so thoughtful and cute for Valentine's Day! She set up quickly with warm linen and the hands of an Angel for sure. We both were sleep within a few minutes of being on the table. She even gave our dog a massage! My massage started with a slight hiccup I won't get into, but Simone and James handled it like pros with such care, I was truly blown away. James was my masseuse for my prenatal massage. Ive been under a ton of stress lately and for the first time in my life it's taking a toll on my body. I had a gigantic knot and nerve pain in my shoulder and decided to get a deep tissue massage for the first time. I found Simone and I am so grateful I did. She made the experience amazing from start to finish, all while giving advice on stretches I can do between appointments. While these therapists are good, the location is not desirable for a relaxing massage. It is on the 12th floor of an office building, where you can hear conversations going on in the next offices. I had a good massage, but I will be looking for something more private with a quite ambient feeling. read more

The response from this establishment was unprofessional and inaccurate. I never once was rude. I was laughed at when I told them the booking system continued to give me errors and offered to send emails show casing this. I did not have a budget for my massage. I booked a more expensive location as this establishments booking system would not allow me to make an appointment. I was promised a refund by Simone before I got off the phone that day. I finally called my credit card after the refund was not processed. How bizarre to review my personal Yelp profile but yes... over 15 years on Yelp I have left 10 or so reviews. Very bizarre behavior by an establishment. Perhaps this was a bad day for Simone when I spoke to her? I would have to assume as there are good reviews but every customer should be treated with respect. I was very respectful and sat there in a bit of shock throughout my interaction. Simone gives just about the best massage imaginable; she has an intuitive touch, is very strong, thoughtful and kind and works with ease. She adjusted the table perfectly for my respiratory needs and wore a mask so i felt comfortable taking mine off.
