What a mess. I made an appointment online for Emily. Drove in, paid for street parking and when I arrived the lady was very confused. She said Emily was not in today and she would do my massage. Then after I stripped down and got on the massage table as instructed she came in and said she could get to me in an hour and expected me to lay there and wait. WTF! So now I've wasted 45 minutes of my time and ate an hour worth of parking fees. No offer to make it right just said sorry as I was walking out clearly not happy. Won't be returning here. It's behind the Plaza with Big Louies, he met me outside (on 20th st.) which was a nice welcome and brought me upstairs to a room of tables and secluded areas with curtains. Lady said they could do "back walking" as advertised on their website. Language may have been a barrier, as I ended up just getting an acupressure massage with no back walking. All in all it was def worth the money paid. The man checked in with me several times on the pressure, which was perfect. He did a full body massage with hot stones. My husband got a great foot massage, mine was terrible! The older man basically rubbed my foot in almost the same spot for the whole hour. I kept thinking this is going to get better. I said, you can use more pressure, I gestured to the lady who booked our appointments and was giving my husband the massage for him to do more. It was terrible. As a last minute decision on our last day of vacation, we decided to go here. We called ahead and they let us come in within an hour for both of us to get messages together. The place looks a little strange from the outside because their name is not listed anywhere but the guy at the front desk, Sam, was super nice. We were taken upstairs and both had the best messages of our life. We got the 60 minute full body. It was absolutely amazing and both of the people were very polite and professional. The only con I would say is that their phones kept ringing and they'd leave the room or text while messaging.
