Walked outside, sipped our drinks, looked over the menu and had a chat, then came back inside to order. Keep in mind, we were in view of the cashier/host/hostess desk throughout this period. So we order, pay, and are reminded that it'll be a takeaway order so we ask if we can get utensils (or just take a set of utensils off one of the tables indoors).
