Okay I took my car…read morefor a detail to Deco detail and they did a horrible horrible job on my car they overcharged me I spent well way over $100 for detail and it was still nasty he wouldn't give me my money at that point I didn't want him to fix it I just wanted my money back but he declined he will not give it back I took my car to another detail shop professionally and they looked at my car I showed them before pictures and they said that should not have cost me $150 it should have cost me $120 for an inside and out but they charge me $150 just to clean the inside and it look like my 13 year old nephew cleaned it, it was still nasty I do not recommend anybody to take their vehicle to Deco detail he knew he did not clean my car good and he had the audacity to tell me before I got my car that he really outdid himself on my car he spent 10 hours on the car and it look like he spent 2 hours on the car all I can say is before you go to Deco detail you better go find somebody else to clean your car now if you just want an old vacuum and wash down he'll be great for that I guess but as far as shampooing carpets and seats he is not the man for the job and then on top of that the other detail shop seen spots in my car was still hard in my seats and they said that's because he let the shampoo dry in the seats and he did not clean them very well I am so disgusted at the horrible job that Deco detail did on my car.

Vehicle Damaged…read more Visit date: February 20, 2026 Vehicle: 2019 Honda Odyssey After the recent winter weather cleared, I decided to use a car wash voucher I purchased through my daughter's school fundraiser. Unfortunately, a $12 car wash ended up costing me $147.97. This was my first time visiting Splash Carwash. The wash itself was nothing special--just good enough to remove the winter grime from my vehicle. However, shortly after leaving, I noticed the rear window molding/trim was missing. I immediately drove back to the car wash. They found the missing piece near the air blowers, but it had been damaged and looked like it had been run over. They attempted to reinstall it, but it wouldn't stay in place because of the damage. I asked if they would cover the cost to replace the part. I was told their air blowers are no stronger than wind on the highway, so they would not be responsible. That explanation didn't make sense to me--I've owned the vehicle for three months and driven on the highway many times without the trim ever coming loose. I asked for the corporate contact information. Instead, they offered to file an incident report, review their cameras, and have a manager contact me on Monday. This happened on a Friday afternoon, so I agreed and provided my information. They took photos of my vehicle and documented everything. Monday came and went with no call. A week passed with no follow-up. I gave the business an opportunity to resolve the issue before posting this review. At that point, it wasn't worth the hassle, so I ordered the replacement part directly from the dealership myself. I won't be returning to this car wash. For what the replacement part cost, I could have had my vehicle professionally hand-detailed--not to mention the time it took to find and reinstall the part. This clearly happened because of their equipment, so keep this in mind if you're considering a visit. As for me, I'll stick to washing my vehicle by hand or getting a full detail from someone I trust.

It was worth the 20 minute drive to his shop as opposed to local shops which were charging the same rate for only a 3 year coating.
