So much so that I called the owner about it (since Dylan's number is posted in large letters at the laundromat). I received a reply back to my voice mail message...literally within minutes. The washers and dryers are kept in good repair and are clean. I will NOT go anywhere else, going forward. Wow. I usually leave reviews about restaurants but this "Praise Shout Out" had to be written. My items were not showing as ready in the app as of October 20. So I tried to call them multiple times to no avail. Finally on October 28 I called Crystal River, who told me they could not help me and never to use Homosassa again and gave me the plant number in Brooksville. After multiple phone calls to the plant and finally getting hold of someone in Homosassa I was told multiple lies regarding the status of my items. Bottom line, they lost a pair of expensive suit pants. They only tried to find them after my phone calls. No one called me during this time to let me know what was going on. This held up my entire order. After great frustration, I was finally given back 6 of my 7 items today and a check for the missing pants. I also did not pay for the dry cleaning. I will not use this dry cleaner again, as everyone was blaming everyone else and lying about what was going on. I still believe the pants are somewhere in the Homosassa location but who knows!

When I picked up the skirt, I noticed that the pleats had been pressed incorrectly, making the skirt unwearable. I asked the woman behind the counter (Clerk One) if they could fix their mistake by re-press the skirt correctly. She said yes and at no charge. When I comeback to pick up my skirt, there is a different woman behind the counter (Clerk Two). I ask for my skirt. It had not been pressed. I explained the situation and she says she will call the owner. I comeback a third time. I ask Clerk Two for my skirt. She says it isn't fix and that they are not going fixing it. I take my skirt and leave. After using their service for seven years, I will not go back. There is no longer a "Touch of Quality" at this cleaners.

Drop off service is fast and accurate! the store is 24 hours and drop off is 930-530 . no need to call ahead just bring your laundry and the attendant will help you from there! drop off accepts card only and offers a pay at pick up as long as it's under 100$! The store is very clean while an attendant is there.. it is prone to get dirty over night but they get right to work on cleaning it back up at 930 am. Go check them out!
