I cannot say enough good things about The Springs at Butte. As I watch my parents age and become…read moremore reliant on the people (family) around them it is a huge relief to know that The Springs has stepped in and provided not just a place for them to live, but a HOME for them to thrive in. I have seen my dad go from depressed and simply unwilling to take part in living to the smiling, active, joking dad I've always known. On those days that's he's not himself (more and more now), I KNOW that he is still heard and he is loved and cared for. My mom is kept active and involved in so many different things, too! She helps in the greenhouse, takes walks, gets to go shopping and take outings to all sorts of interesting places! I am so thankful to have a place like The Springs in our lives. The facility is beautiful and made more so by the people who work there. Faith is so compassionate and invested in the people she and her team take care of. Tonya is always coming up with something fun, and Andrew....I can't even put into words what he has done for not just my parents, but every resident there. THANK YOU!

She talked my mom out of walking somewhere when it was cold and gave her a ride both ways. After that my mom fell in Super 1. They called the Highgate and Melissa sent the LPN over to check on her. Then she called me to make sure I knew and I didn't. I am so grateful for how thorough and quick she took care of everything. I appreciate the care my mom gets at the Highgate!

1)How many calls does it take to get a simple answer from the Home Administrator? 2)Do you need to…read moreshow up not once, but twice, in person to get an answer? 1)I don't know -- after at least three inquiry calls we STILL didn't get even a call back. 2)Apparently showing up in person to inquire and having the office assistant leave a detailed, handwritten note for the temporarily absent Home Administrator doesn't get you a return call either. Bottom Line: People in the community told me how great Bee Hive was. If Bee Hive Homes can't get the simplest of courtesies to return a call, imagine how they'd treat your family member! Despite what people told me about Bee Hive, had the Administrator taken the time to call me back one of the last days of my visit to GF (and helping my mom find care for my grandmother), I would have shared what I am sharing here and told them, "No thanks!"

Never have enough staff on hand. Staff turnover is ridiculous. And this has been an issue for…read moreyears, NOT just since Covid. Lots of excuses, but no successful action to resolve issues. Maybe they should pay the staff more and provide more workers per shift to lighten the workers loads? For the thousands of dollars per month that each resident pays, one would expect the BeeHive to have enough workers to provide all of the amenities/care they promise before your loved one moves in... And for all that money they should be able to pay the staff more to retain adequate staffing and provide the care they promise. Maybe the problem lies within the upper management/owners being able to effectively run and staff these homes.
