I went here a month ago for an ultrasound. The tech made me feel super uncomfortable, the whole experience was weird. She even made me do weird positions for the ultrasound, which I've never done before in past ultrasound of this same issue. Then I went again today, filled out all the paperwork for the tech to come up and say her machine is down, receptionist just says we need to reschedule. That doesn't work for me, I've been fasting, have to littles at home with one breastfeeding. I will not be going to this location again! read more

The best in X-ray technology. They send you a link to google maps so you can get there easily, the txt message also has a link to the forms you need to fill out prior to your arrival. When you get there you are greeted by awesome staff that get you taken care of immediately. Truly a great experience. read more

Extremely unprofessional. First, I was woken up at 8:04 and 7:04 in the morning over two days on the weekend by text messages from them. My phone is on 24/7 because of elderly parents. Secondly, I set up the test weeks in advance because it involved fasting and I wanted the first appointment in the morning I got there on time for my 7:45 appointment and after waiting 45 minutes to be taken in for the test, I finally asked how much longer it will be. That's when I found out that they had no tech for the test. Now I have to wait another week and a half to take the test and hope that there is a tech on the site that day. People take medical tests for a reason and not everyone fasts easily, today's experience showed me that this place as no regard for people's well being both emotionally or physically. read more

My wife was scheduled for imaging at 8 am on 9/3. On her way after completing all the paperwork and pre-procedure prep, she received a call at 7:45a telling her that her insurance did not approve the procedure since they were waiting on information from the Doctor. They admitted later than someone was supposed to call my wife last week but it fell through the cracks. When she arrived, she was given the option to "self pay" which we thought was simply pre-paying and that we could submit the procedure to our insurance once the approval went through. Rather than wait several more weeks to have the procedure, we opted to "self pay." Thankfully the receptionist came back to the procedure room to let my wife know that "self pay" voids any ability to submit the procedure to insurance and that we would be on the hook for the full cost which was going to be thousands of dollars. So we opted to cancel the procedure and had to wait for a refund of the payment we made. More importantly, a critical test that her doctor ordered for serious physical issues is further delayed because of the inept actions of this company and their personnel. We did get our refund but we would have preferred to have received the health care we scheduled. There are way too many options for imaging for you to subject yourself to the risk of not receiving the health care necessary at the time you need it. I will never opt to our Touchstone or any related facility again. read more

If not for this office being the only one in Colorado that can follow the instructions of my surgeon to get necessary information for an upcoming surgery, I would not come here or recommend it to anyone. The staff is extremely unorganized, which I experienced in several ways. When I was given a referral to Touchstone, I tried to call them and left a voicemail (they had no recorded voicemail message, so I hoped it was them). It took nearly a week for someone to call me back and say that no one had checked their voicemail in a while... what medical office doesn't check voicemails when they do not answer calls during business hours? I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment due to surgical delays, and each time they seemed to have lost my patient file. I had to provide all of my basic contact and health info to the same person multiple times just to schedule the appointment. The day of the appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early as requested for paperwork. After completing the paperwork, the receptionist went through it and said that half the paperwork she gave me was actually for someone else.... What? Isn't that against privacy policy? She gave me a different form which I completed. I waited 10 minutes. She then started loudly asking me questions while I was sitting across from her in the waiting room about my history of CT scans, which was completely inappropriate. I chose to get up and talk to her at the desk so all the people in the waiting room would not hear my medical history. I was AGAIN asked the same contact info and medical history questions which I had provided twice over the phone. She had to consult with another person about the paperwork since she could not seem to figure out which forms I actually needed. I was finally called in nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The CT tech informed me I needed to remove all piercings from my ears and nose, which no one had informed me of in the past. I expressed frustration at no one from Touchstone informing me of the requirements for a procedure that they were doing, seeing as I have earrings which must be removed by a piercer. The tech first said that had never happened before, but as I continued the conversation she ended up stating that multiple people have had to leave to a piercer and come back after a piercing was removed. Wouldn't it be the service provider's responsibility to advise patients of requirements for a procedure? If this has happened multiple times, could the scheduler not just add a sentence to their repeated questioning about ensuring all metal can be removed from the body, or include it in an appointment confirmation? I had to drive to Aurora and back as nowhere nearby was open to help remove the earrings. The tech was apologetic but seemed dopey and unsure of herself; she repeatedly put her hands on her face in thought and spoke in a loop. Between the disorganized scheduling, inappropriate and disorganized check in process, and complete lack of communication regarding procedure requirements, this place is a no-go for me. read more

Not sure what staff was at the front desk when the previous reviewer was there, but I will not go back here. I was here an hour before they closed per the posted hours and they could not take an image. I was thinking only one there! Poor customer service. I will go elsewhere. read more

Came in for a heart calcium scan. Was told 30 min tops. Taken a minute or two early, and about 5min in the scanner. On a tight schedule for work and was done by 9:12am. Great! Was told it'll be about 1-2 days for results to my doc. Very nice tech. read more

Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. I was able to walk in and get an appointment within 15 mins and was out of there as soon as it was all done. Front desk staff was friendly. The technician who took my xrays was very patient and courteous. Location was very convenient for me and the office was neat and comfortably set up. Would definitely use this location again! read more

Horrible experience, unable to provide complete and accurate billing information. Staff takes no ownership or responsibility for their flawed system, but will be the first to say their billing systems do not communicate with each other. Julie a "manager" (7205096396) does not return phone calls. I had to call a tots of five times before reaching her, and at best she is just a glorified agent. I had interactions with several staff members here that were all amazing. I had a lot of issues with insurance denials and they all cared about was helping me get my much needed CT scan done. In the end All I can say is everyone here went above and beyond my expectations. read more

This is clearly a scheduling institute office. Meaning the client's health does not always come first. I haven't even been in the office and you can tell it's clearly dysfunctional. I just spoke with the Littleton office. I am in a medical situation that has forced me to discontinue my job, my insurance is ending at the end of this month. The office was unable to secure me an appointment for next week, stating the referral need to be corrected as it states with or without contrast. Due to the situation at hand my doctor would prefer contrast but knows I need imaging period. (Whichever I can get in for by the end of the month. ) setting that issue aside, the littleton schedule can not accommodate my needs next week anyways. I have already spoken to another imaging office that can and will get me in. I specifically asked the admin and receptionist at the Littleton office for touchstone to email or screen shot the electronic referral and was told several different rebuttals: It's against the law because it was not written from their office. My response: what law is that? Please do tell me where to find that law in which I have never heard of? It's not addressed to anyone else but them they can't send it to me. My reSponse: this is false information. I'm the patient it is my information. Email is not a secured form of delivery they can not send it to me. My response: I will come pick it up. It's not a real referral because it's electronic ( this one really made me chuckle) so because it's not real they have nothing to send me. When I asked why is it that they can see me if it's not a real referral.... I was told they can get approval from insurance and that the electronic system is an interface exchange between them and the doctor. Me: I said, exactly so screen shot me a copy of my own medical referral? ( my physicians office is closed today, day after thanksgiving and reminder I have to be seen by next week before my insurance terminates) Touchstone: There is nothing there and it would have touchstone imaging info on it so I wouldn't be able to use it. Me: that is besides the point and for me to deal with not you. I would like a copy of my own referral information that was sent to your office. Touchstone: I have nothing to send you. News flash: Let it be know that it is only illegal to not give me a copy of my own medical documents. Me: clearly you are a scheduling institute office. The goal here today is that I am sick patient in need of care, in a situation in which I must be seen as soon as possible both medically and financially. You are risking my health for this. Because you do not want to give away a referral. You are infringing on my rights as a patient. Have a good day. Word of advice: If you can not find your humanity then get out of the medical field. I have been to many imaging centers, all over the USA. This place has them all beat, hands down. The receptionist is so very friendly and helpful! Dealing with people that are ill, concerned about test results, or just under stress, requires a compassionate, kind, and understanding personality.
