I was not alerted that my insurance no longer was valid for this service at the desk and am outraged. At the age of 79, I was not even sure if I should be getting mammograms. If you schedule with this company, make sure your insurance covers this and don't take the office staff to help with that information.

No report to date and reviewing the images, the patient is walking around on a broken leg. Health Images used to get reports to the Doctor within 48 hours. I called and they now say 6-8 business days. I can advise the patient but they need the report for offices to get her in quickly due to the severity of the issue. MRI 's aren't typically done unless the physician feels that there is something wrong. 8 business days, for an MRI report is inexcusable if surgery is .warranted.

Three times, they called me on the same day of the appointment -after I had already rearranged my schedule- claiming their machine wasn't working. By the fourth attempt, my trust was already gone, so I called the day before to confirm and, sure enough, the machine was still "not working". Meaning they would have waited until the next day to cancel on me again. They rescheduled me for the same day at a different location 40 minutes away. I asked directly -again- if the price was still agreed-upon $380. I was told yes. But when I arrived to the Aurora location, they suddenly claimed the cost was $515. When I told them I had already confirmed the price, the receptionist brushed it off as someone "pushing the wrong button". At that point, it wasn't about the money. It was about the complete lack of honesty, reliability, and professional ethics. No patient should have to deal with this level of incompetence, especially when it comes to medical care. I will not be returning, and I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere if you want a provider that respects your time and tells the truth. We are truly overwhelmed by her kindness, dedication, and genuine care. Lorraine worked incredibly hard to make this happen for us during an already stressful time, and we are so grateful. Her compassion and commitment made a difficult situation much easier, and she deserves the highest praise.

All the ladies in the front are exceptionally friendly, as well as the staff and back that does the MRIs in the x-rays which is wonderful because of the fact that we do get anxious, we do get scared nobody wants to be in those tubes and honestly I started feeling anxious as well, but I took a couple of deep breaths and finished the 45 minutes of being in the tube as I call it. I've been having severe headaches, so we did three MRIs from my skull down to my spine and in between more I'm praying for the best, although I know that that's not happening because my headaches have been very severe and I always enjoy going to health images, knowing that they take care of me and my images, I get them promptly to the doctors that need them.
