I stopped by this place today, 1/30 to inquire about alterations. There was no one at the front desk, however some guy appeared. He was not friendly at all and the customer service sucked. I needEd two skirts and a pair pants altered. He actually rolled his eyes and acted as if I was bothering him. He told me 40 dollars for each. He did not appear to understand what I needed. After that visit and looking around the unkept place and the lack of cleanliness, I decided this was not a place I wanted to spend my hard earned money or leave my clothes. I went in to drop off a bag of clothes to be cleaned. The young lady couldn't understand me. I just moved here, so my name was not in her system. She motioned for me to come around the counter and kept trying to get me to choose a name from the list on her computer. When she couldn't get me to do that, and couldn't find my phone number in her computer, she kept trying to change the area code. I finally gave up and left. read more

They get five stars for being the only cleaners in Mesquite that I could find that would do same day service. I was desperate to get a grease stain out of a suit jacket and needed it done ASAP!! I went in at 2:30p and picked up the jacket at 3:30p. There were no traces of the grease stain--satisfied! The location is tucked on the side of the property but wasn't difficult to find. It seems like they also have a drive through. The service was.... not spectacular but it's not like they were rude. They charged me $20 for the cleaning, but I was desperate. Honestly, I would've paid more. I offered the other 10 locations I called more pay but none would even consider it saying it was already too late in the day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't understand what the customer wants and when you try to explain it to them they get very defensive. They are not familiar with customer service. I took a dress to alter and it was returned to me exactly how it was originally and they argued with me that their Taylor was very good and knew what she was doing. Never had a experienced such disrespect with dry cleaning. I dropped off 6 pairs of pants Thursday Morning and was told to pick them up Friday afternoon after 3pm. Before I left I explained I wanted the pants washed and light to medium starch just not too too hard.  I have only dry cleaned a few times so I  don't really know much about how much everything is and what different services they have. The man at the cashier wasn't friendly at all and didn't seem to help me  understand and didn't even give me a price  he seemed such in a hurry. Well my husband picked them up Friday afternoon at 430pm and he was extremely upset because the pants were just washed and had a light faded line with NO STARCH!  We had a special event to attend since it was 4th of JULY weekend and didn't have any more time to take them back. So I called Tues afternoon and asked politely if I could take them back because there was no starch and we paid $25 basically for nothing. He kept putting me on hold and talking very loudly he said they were already done and no he couldn't do anything anymore that he did light starch on all 6 but you can't see it and most defintely not feel it! He was very  very rude and didn't seem to care I was bothered. He said he had to go because he was busy and basically I was wasting his time. That's fine he just lost a customer and I will not recommend my family and friends there anymore. He shouldn't have to talk to me in that manner.
