A free help service for people who may not live local to Southend, they also have information on local tourist attractions, and also a list of helpful numbers should the worst happen, (such as local police). I'm quite a prolonged visitor to the city but find it necessary to ask someone sometimes, just so I can find those odd few places of interest.and toilets! [Silly kids!]. I think I've been quite a few times to this certain office, sometimes when its been busy and often when quiet. It's been great that the staff inside have kept their cool so well, even under pressure and visitors asking silly questions! I can't remember their names too, either, but the two ladies were great at finding my desired location. Really do pop in, I'm sure these guys would be happy to help! read more
