I was immediately impressed with the friendly staff member as I entered the shop who greeted me with a smile and asked what it was I was looking for. On this occasion I was on the look out for a large lounge room rug and thought I had in my mind exactly the thing I wanted, however, when I gave her a brief description of my lounge (including photos) she had all sorts of ideas which I had never considered. The showroom was well laid out, modern and spacious with plenty of choice, so much choice in fact that I delayed making a decision, I needed a third opinion. I'll be going back very soon.

Spoke with owner BEN who came over looked a it took pictures said he had to check with company and get back to me after month no response. I called him said it wasn't underwarranty nothing he could do I said I pay for the piece he said no problem after a year of making appiontments and staying home waiting for carpet man no show. Talk to BEN personally on day tells me carpet on van but once again no show.

Over the decades Bayliss has built its reputation as a one stop supply centre for the tradesman. Customers include plumbers, builders, fire installers, carpenters and many more but that doesn't exclude non-trade customers. I was after some general help and advice on some home improvements and the helpful and knowledgeable staff were excellent at their job. They have a Bathroom Centre and Showroom with a comprehensive display of Armatage Shanks bathroom suites with a complimentary range of showers, shower cubicles, fitted furniture and accessories by leading brand names. I was spoilt for choice so will pay another visit soon, this time with my better half so she can choose!

The designer did a 3D image of my bathroom in the design lounge so I could see what my finished bathroom would look like and I was able to change anything I wanted if it didn't look right. I was so happy with Bayliss, I have recommended to my family and friends.
