Well, they make a bit of a racket, especially if they happen to be in the garage, up against the bedroom wall. Once you know this, you can relax and honestly, I made the panic phone call (I did wait until morning, didn't call at 2am!) These folks are so nice, calm, cooperative and can walk you through almost anything that isn't something they need to do in person. They also respond quickly to "real" issues, which I did have one. A circuit of some sort malfunctioned and they came quickly after we ran a couple of easy tests over the phone together to determine that was the issue. (Kind of like the old "My refrigerator stopped running," "Is it plugged in?" routine, super simple. With all that said, this really is a great company and I highly recommend them, especially if you need a bit of "hand-holding" as a homeowner, they are truly kind.

The end me a quote to fix it that had three different quote options. A $12,000 quote, a $7000 quote, and a $5000 quote. If I decided to have him fix our well, the $90 would go towards that repair. They looked at everything and came to the conclusion that all I needed was a $200 switch replaced They could've charged me a lot of money if they wanted to, but they didn't . Scott Lassiter came out and assessed my situation and said my pump was over heating and shutting down. My well system is over 16 years old and never had any maintenance on it, so I figured it was time. While Scott was here I asked him to assess my entire system, tank, filter, etc. Given the age of the system, he recommended some upgrades and replacements. He came out the next day and completely upgraded my system.
