They were nice and patient with me each time I called and always answered promptly. We went out to get everything out of my car and they provided a cart to put things in and Jason was so nice and stayed a little late to make sure we were all set and had me sign the release form to my insurance. When I called to switch to the other driver's insurance, they did it with zero issue. When my car was finally towed to Caliber, I received a call letting me know! I also wanted to add that I am not sure if the tow truck driver who picked up my car after my accident works for Rocha's, but he was also so nice and patient while I waited for my boyfriend to get me. My car was dead, but he was able to get all four doors open so I could at least crawl in and get some stuff from the back.

However, our experience with Harper helped us get through it. They were very quick to the scene. They towed our car from a busy Austin roadway to our residential neighborhood and on to our driveway. While they paid for all of the charges, I still had to manage a way to get my car back / go down to Reliant Towing to retrieve my vehicle. The staff at Reliant were able to arrange with my apartment complex all of the invoicing, as well as a driver to bring my car back - (Albert) who went above and beyond to ensure that my specialty import car was taken care of and handled with care and patience.

Not only did they fail to verify that residents were given proper statutory notice, but they also completely violated Austin City Code Section 13-6-6 by failing to report the tow to the local police or 311 dispatch within the mandatory 45-minute window. When I called Austin 311 to track down my missing vehicles, the city had absolutely zero record of the tow because Reliant never reported it. To make matters worse, instead of taking my vehicles to a licensed Vehicle Storage Facility as required by Texas state law, they illegally relocated them to an completely unauthorized property down the street and left me entirely in the dark. An official complaint has been filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for these severe compliance violations. If you are a property manager looking for a reputable contractor, stay far away from this company unless you want massive legal liabilities. If you are a consumer who has been towed by them, call 311 immediately to check if they actually reported it--because chances are, they didn't.

Even though the store confirmed on their video I was entering to shop. They're using a homeless man in regular clothes to facilitate this and out boots on the cars within seconds of parking.
