I called QUICK TOW LLC early in the morning, around 6:17 AM, using their 24-hour number. The person…read morewho answered sounded like he was half asleep. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, "No." I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I've towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely. He told me the driver wouldn't be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they've hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited. At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time -- with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I've had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn't tow the car without damage. The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help. The frustrating part is that the driver wasn't told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman -- now fully awake -- admitted they don't even have trucks with dollies. This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn't have gone through this whole mess. The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.

Then, after presenting it as "help," they hit him with contracted rotation pricing, charging over $300 just to hook up his pickup and move it into the parking lot next door. I understand rotation pricing in an emergency or urgent situation, but this was completely taking advantage of a young kid. The entire experience with them was unprofessional and disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. You offered free labor on the transmission as a way to negotiate with me to keep from going to court. I kept record as I said of you and I talking when you offered immediately to have my car towed. I have a completely well recorded and documented list of other things I will not share but in court that show you dropped the ball over and over. No I did not want to pay you money until jobs were completed . I showed pics of how bad my car was when I came to pick it up. The hat is why you had it detailed as you absolutely should. I'm done here and will update after court. I've asked you over and over the last couple weeks for a detailed receipt of charges and repairs and you've yet to give me one. What kind of business can't give an actual normal receipt of repairs. This is another red flag .

Yesterday I had my first flat tire, and yes, I've been driving for over 20 years and never had the pleasure of that experience. So, I pull into the closest gas station where I discover there is no hope of fix-a-flat saving me. At the precise moment I resign myself to the the fact that this is happening and I'm going to (albeit embarrassingly) pull out the owners manual to figure out how to change my tire, a flat-bed tow truck driver named John, with Harper's Towing Service, pulled up and asked if I needed help. I explained my dilemma, then he and another driver Juan (also with Harper's) proceeded to change my tire for me (thankfully I had a full sized spare). Once they were done I asked how much I owed, when to my surprise, John just shook his head and said, 'nothing'! Now, bear in mind, that I did not call them, they simply happened to be at the same place I was when I needed help. I am directly giving John and Juan a 5 star rating because they were a huge help, generous with their time, informative, and very pleasant to deal with. One thing is for sure though, if I am ever stranded again, Harper's Towing Service's card is now clipped to my visor and they will be my first call! read more

Erika M. called at 11:30 pm to ask why her car was not taken to her house.( 4 1/2 hours after wreck ) I explained to her that she did not specify where her car was to be taken and the fee was 150.00 rotation wrecker plus storage and impound fees. She said she didn't have any money to pay bill, so I told her we could settle tab for title so we can get rid of junk vehicle that was worth about $250.00. She declined. Trying to save her money I informed her that if I was to deliver her totaled vehicle in the middle of the night it would be more than if I did it in the morning. ($95.00 vs. $65.00) I hope this helps out, remember there are more than just one sided stories. Drive Safe!!!!!! read more

I was in an accident yesterday and needless to say I lost the piece of paper to tell me where my car was towed to. Fortunately, I knew the other car in the accident was towed to Harpers. I called them hoping they may have had my car too, but they didn't. Instead of just saying, "no we are sorry we don't have your car". The woman in the office went out of her way to help me find my car. Not only did she give me the website for me to find my car, she kindly said I will find it for you if you would like and I'll be glad to give you their phone number. WOW just wow! Thank you, Harpers! All I asked was if we could file a claim through his insurance because they cover these incidents, and he refused to help or provide insurance info. Very rude owner!
