Kirk is honest straight forward and willing to explain a repair; so that the customer understands why it is necessary to have the work done. His shop is meticulous and it gives a customer a feeling that he is particular about his business. The only thing I wish is that I would have been a customer sooner. We have always been treated fairly but the other day I brought my wife's Nissan pathfinder in for service on the heater. We use and extended warranty company for repairs on all our vehicles and haven't had any issues in the past. This time we brought the vehicle in the problem was diagnosed, the shop manager then called me stating the warranty company would not cover the repair. So I called the warranty company myself and they had no record of a call. The warranty company did end up covering the repair. after paying the bill in full mike then said " I have better things to do than deal with warranty companies" and asked me not to come back. In conclusion if you have an extended warranty on your vehicle you may be asked not to return to this shop due to no fault of your own.
