Called me the next day told me it was the radiator and its gonna cost $650+ so I assumed well if that what makes the noise sure,so I told them to go ahead and work on it.Same day about 4 or so hours later they called me and said car ready to pick up. I went in and paid the bill,now i was looking at my receip they charged me $254 for the radiator,$40 for coolant fluid, $400 for labor plus tax all together I spent $718 and change. Also, they quoted a fee then couple sentences later randomly quoted another higher fee as they finally decided to let us have car back instead of holding it til they wanted to allow us to come get it, then slipped in another higher fee as we were getting ready to pay over phone. After talking to other people and businesses in the area, we heard we're definitely not the first to be taken advantage of. Could never recommend this company.

I called 1st Response Towing & Rescue, as they had a good rating and were apparently quick and less expensive than others. I called and immediately got someone who took down her location and info and sent a guy out. He said it would be 30 minutes but it was quicker than that! They got to her and got her safely back into her vehicle so she could be on her way. All within a total of 40 minutes. Very happy with them and recommend them if you are in the Fayetteville, AR area and need a tow or unlocking service!
