I do not know why my review says California. I live in Sherman, Texas, and was in Fayetteville, Arkansas on a trip when my vehicle broke down. At 12.05pm on 8.14.24 we called our roadside service provider who contracted this tow company. Well, for over 4 hours my husband waited in the 96 degree heat (waited part of the time in a nearby store) and the entire time was told different times when the tow truck would arrive. When I called at 3.00pm they lied and said the tow truck was finally in our town and claimed they only got the assignment at 2.45pm AFTER i confirmed with our roadside service it was assigned at 12.15. When we called back 3.15, they now said the tow truck driver was in the next town over. I understand things happen, you might be short staffed, just don't lie and treat your customers this way. I am a AAA member of 12 years, I needed them to change out my battery which had died. From the time I called them to the time the Man (River) from Roadside Services was at my house, was less than 30 minutes. It did take them a little time to find when I had bought the battery they needed to replace (A AAA battery), but once it was done, I had a new battery in no time at all. Their dispatcher was very helpful. But service terrible. Waited 2.5 hrs. They told me they give priority to insurance companies and aaa. Eventhou I paid $250 for a local tow. Driver was professional. Can't say the same for admin. Will not use them again. read more

Had some engine problems and Cody towed my truck for me 19 miles. VERY nice guy and knew what he was doing. Highly recommend him!

Cody was amazing. I was picking up a car with a tow dolly and it came off the dolly. I called and within 20-30 minutes he was there ready to help. He showed his expertise and calmness In a way that very much calmed the situation. He had a plan in place and it worked to perfection. He spent extra time making sure I was able to get back to Mt Vernon Mo safely. Heck he even helped to get my tailgate back on which somehow came off when all this happened. In the money first environment we live in he showed himself as someone who actually cares and for that reason you guys have my business if I'm ever in that area needing help again. AAA sent Advanced Services Towing and Recovery after my car died suddenly. I called AAA at 7:00 am. Advanced Services told AAA that they would be there by 8:40 am, which AAA relayed to me. The driver called to tell me that it would be around 10:00 because he was on another call. He texted me back later to say it would be about 12:15. Even the driver didn't know why the office told AAA they could be there by 8:40 because they knew he was already committed to another call. When the driver finally showed up, he didn't charge me for the overage and I assumed that was their way of apologizing for the 3.5 hour delay. Nope. I got another text from the driver very late that night telling me "your vehicle arrived safely hours ago" (we'd already called the shop to confirm they got it, but would have been good for the driver to send a quick text when he got there) and that the office told him to have me call them for payment (gave me the exact dollar amount). When I called, the office lady then changed the price to add a "credit card fee" that was not previously included in the quoted price. We will not use Advanced Services again. read more
