The staff and teachers are amazing. They truly care about the kids and how they progress. Both of my children started kindergarten and their teachers were so impressed at how much they already knew. I know the costs are probably more than some other day cares, but honestly you get what you pay for in this situation. I wouldn't hesitate to send my kids there again and highly recommend their centers if you're in the market for child care.

They have modern toys, learning tools, and facilities. In the newborn room, our child was well cared-for. Receiving hand written reports every day on meals, naps, and play made us comfortable leaving our child in their hands. The facility is secure, with a fingerprint login system to check-in and check-out your child. I remember waking up each morning and having to leave the room to use the bathroom early morning to try to get in there before others do. The stall doors were so short that anyone walking in could see the commode. That being said somebody would always clog the toilet and you would hear the noise knowing the water or the river was going to come downstream and you'd have to put your legs up or you would get wet. Some people would walk right in barefoot like it was a normal walk in the park nothing to see here. And then the mixed showering setup in the partying was way overboard. Many people had the jail mentality where they'd be showering and you'd come in there it's your towel and soap and they'd say oh there's more than enough room under one shower head. So some of us would go to the gym and then shower down there and frequenting many YMCA's this one is probably the most stuck up group of people that I've experienced. You're scared down there working out like everybody else on older machines by the way what business is it of theirs to ask what type of car you driving or how big is your house? Now they obviously knew that we were from the men's wing due to the residential cards that we had and free gym privileges. But some of the people that are stuck up tried to make people feel like they shouldn't be there. And people need to remember people stay at the y short-term or long-term for many different reasons from all walks of life The Good The bad and The ugly. And there might be the good in the bad in the men's wing but the only ugliness I seen was the comments from the people downstairs. If you can avoid this place like the plague. If not make sure to keep your feet up when the river comes running.

Also, apparently having a small child is a handicap now as there's parking spaces only people with small children can use. Really?? They're also perpetually empty and going to waste. Working out is suppose to uplift your day and make you feel good. I can count on this YMCA to almost always do the opposite. I've never had such a frustrating experience going to any gym. As soon as I'm able, I'm going to get a new gym membership elsewhere. The only reason I have any membership at this point is the sauna/steam room. I'm not sure why Middlesex county has such a weak selection of good gyms throughout the area.

Extremely dissatisfied with how they handle situations regarding supervision in the classroom, and they do not keep proper documentation of incidents that occur. Not to mention that the last incident that had occurred, I received a text instead of a phone call even though management knew this was a very sensitive issue. Additionally, tuition is raised each year and they have gotten rid of the "Men and Women in the Workforce" discount. Staff are constantly being turned over or shuffled around. The list goes on and on. Look elsewhere!

They are very in tune with what's going on with the kids due to excellent communication with both staff and admin. Their biggest priorities are the children and having qualified employees who pay close attention to the children's well being. They also communicate with the families. When a concern is noted, they hold their responsibilities as mandated reporters demonstrating their complete interest and concern for each child.
