I bought some bulk dog treats and when I got home, I noticed there were bugs in the treats. I called the store to let them know there was a problem. I returned the treats to the store the next day. The manager stated he had found no bugs in the bulk treat bins. He looked at the treats I returned and did not see any bugs. Yet myself and two members of my immediate family saw the bugs. The manager didn't remove the bulk treat bins from the shelf and I wouldn't be surprised if he dumped the treats I returned back in the bins. I wasn't given a refund because I paid with a rewards card, so I had to buy something else. The manager seemed to think I just returned the treats in an attempt to get a $5 cash refund. Sorry Scott, but I am not that desperate to get $5 in cash. The employees in this store are always rude and nasty and today was no exception. I just want to warn other dog owners to be aware of the bug infested treats. I think the health department should be notified, as well. This store never has what I'm looking for (often some of the most basic gardening and birding supplies) and their staff has zero product knowledge, so cannot help and don't even attempt to find the answer. Every time I walk into this place, I already know I will leave empty-handed and irritated, and I always promise myself it'll be my last visit. read more

We buy all our animal feeds & litter here. It's a large store offering farm clothes, garden, lawn equipment, seeds, & tools. You can also find seasonal items such as chicks in the spring. They also sell dogs, cats & other small pets & supplies. It's worth a weekly trip to see what is new. The staff are often eager to offer advice and assistance. read more

I will not have a chance again in the future to visit this location because I no longer have family living in Bryan, but every time I visited, the service was always great and the selection is more then enough for small town. I recently bought a Rawhide for my dog who LOVED it. I'm a big fan and am sad that I will no longer get to shop at this location, but I highly recommend having a walk in and look around. Especially great is their selection of bottled beverages at the front door. LOVE IT. read more

Great Farm Store. I go there for all our pet food and toys. I also buy a lot of hardware items there. In the winter it is my go to place for gloves and other outerwear. My favorite thing about this place is Rebel. He is they nicest dog ever and he just roams the store saying hello to the customers. He had some health issues recently and was gone for awhile but I hear that he is back so I am going to go visit him today. read more
