I reached out to them only to find out they sent my order to the wrong customer and that they had just received it back that morning. I was not made aware of this mistake on their end and instead of offering me some kind of compensation for their mistake, I was just basically told "sorry but not sorry". I had to be the one to reached out instead of them letting me know what happened. And on top of that, they want me to pay for the return label, since I had no use for the items any longer since the event that I needed them for had already passed and I had to buy a replacement to use for the event instead. My experience was not very happy and sadly I cannot and would not recommend this company. They are trying so hard to imply their return policy but the mistake was not on my end, I understand if I had bought and received my items and want to return them because I didn't like them nor didn't fit me. But that's not even the case. I never got the items and no longer need them as I had to go out of my way and do last minute shopping. Customer service is very bad they lack empathy and communication. If they would have communicated the situation to me, it would've been fine, but no I had to be the one to contact them and find out what happened to my order. I really regret having to waste my time on this company. Add on: no the company is NOT trying to make it right. They stand by their return policy when I am not returning the items. I don't want them. I don't need them. They still insisted on shipping the package after I refused them and want me to pay for return label that would be deducted from the refund when they're the one who made a mistake and sent my items to the wrong customer, in the first place. I was looking to help a homeless animal as a Valentine's Day present to myself. It seemed that the cats in Minneapolis and St. Paul were either maladjusted, or too tired from being bothered all day to show any personality or affection (kind of like the guys I've dated). My mother told me about PetFinder.com. She adopted her mobility assistance dog from the site. I did a search and decided to go look at a Siamese mix at this location. Unfortunately, the cat ended up having a serious health problem that had just been confirmed the day I drove out to get him. While waiting I had the chance to go into the shelter and meet the other kitties. All of them were very entertaining and had vivid personalities. You could tell they had been cared for well, but hadn't been over stimulated. I found them all to be much nicer than any of the cats in the Twin Cities' shelters. They didn't try and push me to take the sick cat, nor did they try and dump a second cat on me. I had ample time to visit with them all and made a decision on a seemingly mellow striped male. He is definitely not mellow, but he's one of the best cats I've ever had. He has a great personality and we cuddle every night. This relationship has lasted 1 year, 7 months, 19 days and counting. I have a good feeling it is going to break the record.
