* We're had two experiences there, neither of which was very positive. First time they mistakenly added charges for some kind of added 'coverage' that we didn't want (over and above just buying the tires). it literally took over a half hour to get it corrected. We went to the Dunkin next door and waited. They came and got us when it was fixed. * In fact, it was advertised cheaper at BJs! We took our 2017 Volvo to Town Fair Tire to replace two tires and an alignment which they did. However, upon driving away we noticed a vibration when driving above 55MPH, which was not present prior to having the tires changed. Due to the onset of the vibration at a certain speed, we presumed it was because the new tires were improperly balanced. We took the Volvo back to Town Fair Tire who stated they knew what the problem was and would address it. Unfortunately, after leaving the shop a second time, we noticed the vibration was still present, although occurred at a different speed, indicating there was definitely an issue with the tire balancing. Ultimately, we took our Volvo to a Volvo dealership who stated the tires were out of balance and the alignment was not done properly which led to the vibration we could feel when driving. The Volvo dealership actually balanced the tires properly and adjusted the alignment. There was an immediate improvement in the way the car drove. Balancing a tire is nearly foolproof nowadays unless you're still using an old bubble balancer. The machine spins the tire and tells you how much weight to put on the tire and where. Not sure what they did or in this case...did not do at Town Fair Tire, but the service is below "Fair" for sure. read more

They are the worst had to go to another shop to get a estimate to see what's the problem shop told me it looks like they drop a tire or drove off the ramp everything is bent and my wheel bearing is broken I drove the truck home next thing I know wheel bearing started to smoke this is not good if they break something they have to pay and not try to hid what they did if I was on the highway this could have been really dangerous this is not a good let's see what customer service says on Monday read more

Went by about two weeks ago and my left rear tire was going flat they filled it up with air without any question whatsoever then they book me an appointment to have my tires rotated and the tire fixed in case it has like a male with something in it it was efficient I dropped it off this past Tuesday in the morning at 8 AM they took it right in they fix it within an hour I was at work they let me leave it there and come back and pick it up everyone was super friendly super understanding was a better deals we've ever had was a deal in which we got these tires on both of our vehicles within the past two years and they have always rotated and fix whatever with lifetime guarantee have not gone wrong purchasing from this company ever. read more

Our daughter, who's expecting a baby soon, had a flat tire on a car she's trading in next week. I filled up with air and drove over a few miles after making an appointment. Marc behind the counter was excellent. Left the car and 45 minutes later Marc calls back the car is all set. Bottom line $8.00! Are you kidding me! Honestly I'm amazed. Great experience, dropped my car off 4/22/21 after hours and followed up at 8am on 4/23/21. They kept me in the loop the entire time as they didn't know if one of the rims was salvageable, it was thank god. They did the alignment as well and found out I bent my tie road. The gentleman man took a picture on his phone to show me when I arrived. Recently had a flat tire , replaced tire at dealer because I had tire warranty. I kept the tire after they plugged it. Went to town fair tire to have old tire mounted on new rim to keep as a full-size spare. I was told unless I bought the tire there they wound not mount it. Asked to talk to manager, he continued to refuse to mount tire. I left store went down to Sullivan tire and they mounted it while I waited. Will never consider Townfair tire for any service or purchase of tires read more
