Deposit was made. The owner allowed us to come in beforehand to access the space and decorate before the set time . Brittany was very accommodating and professional.The place has a bar for you to BYOB there was a backdrop which made for a nice accent in the place with Bluetooth sound bar for music. This place has a touch of elegance and taste. Even the location was not so bad it's nestled in the hood but near the eway and parking wasn't entirely bad .

This beautiful space can be used for more than weddings. The venue itself was the perfect size. The fact that we didn't have to bring our own tables or chairs is such a huge plus. The main (ground floor) room offered exactly what was needed for the gathering: ample space to mingle, a central bar, a plethora of places to sit, a clean bathroom, amazing food, and an even more amazing staff. (I also heard the upstairs is really cool but didn't get a look for myself) Our group was not large, and not particularly rowdy*, but the space and the level of service made it feel much more intimate. From the moment we walked in the door we felt warmly welcomed by everyone. The bartender made quick work of all drink orders and the serving of the food was perfectly timed.
