The class started with the session of stretching, followed by Gary teaching us the first two movements from Tai chi. I should add that the class was at the Millbury Senior center and designed for those of us who are older. It cost only $3 per person but did require participants to be members of the senior center. I will be going back and bringing my wife with me. For seniors looking for low impact, stretching and enjoyable exercise environments, I highly recommend it.

The arcade games, the carpet, the clanging of bowling balls... Since it was a charity event we didn't have much interaction with the THL folks but I can tell you we had a 2 hour block of bowling and we had 2 lanes for 8 of us. One lane, lane 15 kept breaking repeatedly. Out of 2 hours with 4 bowlers and the repeated break downs meant the team on lane 15 couldn't even play 2 full games. It was hard to get the staff to answer our help call and fix the lane in a timely manner. So glad we went for a charity because it it wasn't for a charity I would have been very upset over our time spent bowling vs. paid value. FYI: You could get drinks but no food. Snack bar was closed.

The lane was easy to set up and start using. I like that 1/2 hour options are available (though I used an hour) - an ideal situation if you have little kids. When I checked in on Yelp, I received a free pitcher of a soda. I would go again and recommend for children and adults. (There were mostly adults and they seemed to keep kids off to the side, which I appreciated both as a parent and an adult.)
