Did he have to tear it out? Yes. Did it cost us, again? Yes. However, Alpine Granite still gets five stars for graciously acknowledging the mistake, and taking immediate steps to correct the issue. Haley and Flora were wonderful to work with and insisted on a second measurement to ensure accuracy. Josh also gets five gold stars for his meticulous install, professionalism and gracious attitude.

Josh is professional, punctual, and knowledgeable, and it was obvious that he takes pride in his work. The charge for the days work was reasonable and was in line with the amount he quoted.
