They didn't seem to understand the problem using email and simply would not talk to me not matter how much I pleaded with them. I nearly gave up to look for a new vendor. After months of emails from me, one employee finally helped resolve the issue but still never spoke with me. The age verification system has been updated and works well now, but the experience was off-the-charts frustrating. This was strange since, in every other way, they've been exemplary. I found it in sharp contrast to a company that gives you a free toy with every order.
