How this has gone unnoticed by corporate is beyond me. No one wants to shop and have to listen to her verbal abuse towards employees. I cringe every time I know I HAVE to go in that store. We grab and go! A decent district manager would notice the employee turnover rate and customer feedback and do something about it. I have also read from other customers that staff is rude. Knowing the manager either sits in the office or talks to people like absolute dirt I'ld be a rude, bitter employee too. Add that to getting $9 an hour to put up with that abuse?!!! The turnover is glaringly obvious. Corporate, get your head out of your derrière!!

AcuSports used to be a once fine company...not so anymore. The sales force seem to be a good lot of…read morefolks, but once you grt past them beware. They have a horrible rate of fill on items that one needs, then it takes anywhere from 7 to 20 days to get your goods released ,pulled, packed and shipped. And all the while they complain they are just to busy to get the goods out in a more timely way. Duh hire some more competent employees to do the work. Even if you are fortunate to obtain product from them it may or may not be what you ordered and dont be surprised if you receive items that you never ordered let alone even stock. At that point the mission to get a return number begins. This can take from 2 to three weeks then getting it shipped back and being reimbursed starts. The last fiasco envolved an order that was "released" on 02/03/2013 it was finally received on 04/09/2013. I guess we should be thankful they finally found someone competent enough to pull, package and ship the order. Unfortunately the order had 30..... YES 30 unordered items on it totalling 177.00! Not a bankrupting sum yet enough to get a return. Wel getting the return # took 16 days then after another week the prepaid freight label show up. They only thing I havent seen is a credit applied to my account for the returned merchandise. Their excuse .... we are just so busy we haven't had time to process your credit.Oh but I still had to pay for it on the 10th of April otherwise you get put on "credit hold". Its not like our business is a new start up , we opened in October 1952 well before Acusport was a gleam in it's daddy's eye. Have had open accounts with them for nearly 25 years spending anywhere from 3800.00 to 15000.00 per month. One would think that a company that values good, reliable customers would try their best to service their account efficiently. The only service you will ever see from Acusport is a service fee if you are a day late paying your bill ..even if the due date was on a day they were closed so they didnt receive the payment till the next day. And just because you have an open account dont expect to be placed on credit hold for no reason, just last week our business had an order that was to be shipped but was put on credit hold even though there is not open invoices owed for, actually the geniuses still owe us the credit listed above. Their reasoning it has been "a while " (their words since we updated our credi app so they wont ship till that is completed. Emailed it to us, we filled it out and emailed and faxed it back within 20 minutes, Oh guess what..... it's going to take 2 weeks to research the references and we'll get back to you. This outfit is nothing but a big bully stepping on evryone they can while ajcking their prices because of product shortages. My Pop used to say always beware of the ones who are worried that you are going to screw them over, for they are the ones who will screw you over if given the opportunity. That is Acusport Corp. Untrustworthy and unreliable. Take your business elsewhere.
