The guy did a good job on my nail portion of my pedicure but it was rushed. I don't like callus remover rubbed all over my feet. I tried to explain that I don't want it on the middle of my feet because Ir tends to burn there but he couldn't understand me. My "hot towel" was one towel laid on top of both legs not wrapped. The "massage" was lotion rubbed in for less than 5 minutes for BOTH legs. I didn't even get the basic pedicure. That isn't worth it. First time and probably last. read more

This is far the best place in Bristol to have your nails and pedicures done. They take their time and make sure that everything looks great! Not only do I go, but also my 3 daughters. I see that some complain about them not speaking or understanding English well. What do you expect? If I ever think that the person doing my pedicures can't understand me I will then ask the owner to explain what I would like done. read more

Very clean and super nice staff! Prices are great and they do a wonderful job. I go for pedicures and I have liked everyone who has given them - Kim is my favorite. I always walk in and never have to wait although they are always busy with clients. Music is good too! Highly recommend! read more

Although I didn't have to wait to be seen, I felt rushed throughout the entire process. I have never went to a place that did a deluxe pedicure in less than 20 minutes. I also paid the extra money for gel polish on my fingers and it's 2 days later and it's all pealed off. The lady that did my nails did not talk one bit unless she was asking what color I wanted. She also gave me attitude cause I told her the uv light wasn't on when she was doing my nails (it's one of the older ones that doesn't automatically turn on when you put your hand in). When I walked in 3 employees were chilling on the massage chairs, but I was immediately greeted and seated at a pedicure chair. I was the only client there at this point, yet they seated me right beside a male employee who was sprawled out on the pedi chair next to me playing video games on his phone. It's like the equivalent of sitting down in an empty movie theatre and someone comes in a sits right beside you. I wish they had let my feet soak for a few minutes to just enjoy the pedi but he started immediately, which was okay, I suppose. The man giving the pedicure was fine. He was neither friendly nor unfriendly. He didn't speak, which was no bid deal. I did feel he rushed through the steps, but he did a decent job. However, in the middle of the pedicure, the employee who was relaxing beside me fell asleep and started snoring! I almost took a picture but was afraid I would get caught. So, the whole experience was just okay. I may give them one more chance but, all in all, I was not impressed. read more

My family and I were worried about getting a good nail place to go to on vacation, and this was definitely the place to go. Every worker had great attention to detail and was very friendly and accommodating. All of our nails look great! We got gel manicures and the price was affordable at $30. It was quick but not sloppy, and I'd definitely recommend this nail salon! read more

They only place I will ever get my nails done at, Tina and everyone there is amazing and the prices are not bad at all!!! I drive right at a hour to them because when I tell you I have tried everywhere I lived in NC, WV and TN and they are the only ones that havent made my fingers bleed and hurt.
