Dr Pinkstons staff is extremely unprofessional. You will have to make your own judgements About the care received by Dr Pinkston. But do not Trust the staff if you expect professionalism or Confidentiality. read more

This office is a joke. Good luck getting an appointment or EVER trying to actually talk to someone in this office. You will be directed to text a number with your information and they will only contact you back via text. Even when I asked that someone call me they would not. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend someone use this Doctor or her office. Her credentials may look good on paper but she and her staff have absolutely no clue about customer service or just common courtesy. The whole set up seems shady to me and I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone. read more

If I could give Dr. Pinkston's practice 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled today to see her as a new patient, but received a call ON MY WAY TO HER OFFICE that she had left for lunch and would not be back in the office. I am LIVID. From other reviews I have found online, this excuse seems to be a trend. If Dr. Pinkston cannot keep her appointments and does not value her clients' time, then she does not need to be in business. My husband took off work to watch our 2 year old son to allow me to come to my appointment today and for her to cancel 20 min before my appointment time is COMPLETELY UNPROFFESSIONAL. Her receptionist who called to reschedule sounded like she has hade to make the same phone call many times before, so I have a feeling that this has happened to quite a few other patients who have not made the effort to write a review. I am not joking or being dramatic when I say DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRACTICE. It's a shame that she is only 1 of a couple Functional Medicine practitioners in the area with a medical degree.....after my brief experience with her practice, I plan to go back to the "traditional" medical field and take my chances. read more

What a day! All the doctors in a building to make it easy except they don't talk nor understand…read morethat working people have jobs and can't keep coming back day after day for one thing at a time in a medical building ACTOSS TOWN. The radiology department refused to do my mri of my wrist. They were absolutely rude about it. I was given the paperwork from rheumatology at 2:00. They wanted to call me and make an appointment at at later time bc they were "booked." There was only one person in the waiting room. I was there from 10:30-3:00 for appointments and asked to please get my MRI today so I didn't have to drive back. Rhematology told me to go down there (I was told they could do walk ins), but they refused me when they didn't have to.... There was no one in the office. They just didn't want to take a patient. They figure they make the same hourly wage regardless how they treat people and regardless if they help people. This MCC made prob 5k on my from my insurance today, but they couldn't help me. The lady up front was incredibly rude about it. An older lady, heavy set, with grey long hair and a stormy disposition. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said she was in charge herself. She would email Kaitlyn maze. What a way to treat your patients. Not a place I'll be getting any MRIs done at. My insurance money can go elsewhere. Called and let them know how their employees were treating their patients.

I was thank and treated her well. this year my application got so screwed up that I still haven't got my meds. I had to conta her several times to correct it. she made so many mistakes like missing dosage, no medicine chosen and failing to fax my application. She got to the point she was blaming me for her mistakes. she has become unethical and not trustworthy. I'll be leaving south Baldwin because my complaints fell on deaf ears. senior doctors failed to do anything. As far as I see it they also are unet. patient cat should be 1 st. not so at this clinic. Nor with Dr Hendricks.
