tl;dr traci and evette and team are superheroes who know how to navigate the roller coaster that is real estate with such grace and expertise. incredibly responsive, caring and friendly (totally felt like we were traci's only clients the entire time). 11/10 recommend. umm...a house and real estate agent who will vouch for you...in this market? yeah, even the thought is stress-inducing. in a market where the sale-to-pending window is in hours not days, you need an expert guide who can not only keep you posted about new listings, but also someone who is ready to jump on the accelerator when Zillow notifies you of the perfect listing on your lock screen. that's exactly who traci and evette are -- whenever we wanted to see a home that caught our attention, evette was somehow always one step ahead of us -- reaching out to the seller's real estate agent, having all the details, and squeezing us in for a private showing asap -- all in the blink of an eye. on site, evette was always so prepared, very knowledgeable both about the listing and areas in the home that were well done and what we should pay closer attention to, even keeping a flashlight and laser measuring tape, just in case. and, as it so typically happens, as our minds changed as we looked at homes, evette and traci were always patient and kept tabs of the little details we mentioned so that we could find the ideal home. we never felt pressured and always felt reassured! when the perfect opportunity did come up, traci stepped in so swiftly and immediately knew what to do and kept a close eye on pending offers: we were positioned for success (in our comfort zone while still being competitive!) when it came time to negotiation and honestly couldn't be more thrilled. traci was there every step of the way (literally just a text or call or email away!) and went above and beyond to make sure we were always in the loop, our best interests were represented, and our questions were answered so that we could find our new home. all in all, didn't even realize we were on the rollercoaster that is real estate :-) you're in good hands with traci and evette! they're rockstars! read more

Wow..where to even begin. Traci is an absolute joy to work with, she is organized, on time, thorough, knowledgeable, and is willing to fight for her clients. My husband and I moved to Portland with an aggressive 3.5 month timeline to find, buy and close on our home in a hot sellers-market, with low inventory in the neighborhoods we wanted. We interviewed 3 agents looking for certain qualities.
