I went here to get a tent, chairs, tables, and linens for my baby shower. They were offering a promotional deal for all these things together, as long as you picked them up/dropped them off, and did all the setup yourself. The rate definitely could not be beat so we did it. Well, arriving at the office no one even came up to assist us until we called out to someone in the back. They didn't realize anyone had come in...okay. Next I told the man that we wanted to book the tent deal for a specific time (about a month away) and he told me that I should call back in a few weeks to reserve it. Well, I wanted to reserve it then because I didn't want someone else too and then us to be screwed. So he agreed and then wrote my information down on a blank sheet of paper....okay. He said he would email me the invoice in the next day. Well, 3 days later and still no invoice I decided to call. Sure enough our order was not in the system and he took the order again. Once I received the email with the invoice I noticed we were charged for things that were supposed to be included with the deal....so then I emailed them back and asked for them to fix it. No response. I called a few days later and he said it was taken care of. So the time came to actually pick up the tent. That was fine. We got the tent home and started to set it up. It was REALLY DIRTY. I had specifically asked him if the tent was dirty, in poor condition, or had any problems and he assured me it did not. Well, there was dirt all over the inside on top, and the outside as well. Luckily we were able to cover most of it with decorations, but it was just gross. It definitely did not live up to the expectations we had set. I called the company to tell them about it (not wanting to get charged in case the next person complained as well), and he just basically said okay, and thanks for calling....okay. I will never use this company again and I would caution anyone to think twice before they do as well. They are extremely unprofessional and the quality of their products is not up to the standards it should be. Do not waste your time and money here!

They did not even call to let us know that their driver did not show up and they had a truck breakdown. They finally called more than 2 hours after the event started to see if we wanted delivery. Stay away. This company does not care about customer service.
