Great place to buy great weed from a local company. Kaitlyn was very nice to my wife and I, very helpful. We scored on some great 420 deals. Also, it's a place we will visit again when back in the area. We were looking for a quite motel and spotted Track Town. Very glad we did. Keep it small and quality. read more

I bought an ounce of flower for around $130. Flower looks and smells good. 4/5 for flower quality. 0/5 for service. Idk if your employees are a little too high, it was a busy night, or this business just needs better staff motivation but I was polite, chill and just had a few questions. I'm by no means new to cannabis but the bud tender was so not interested in doing their job that it was off putting. I always say thank you and tip on every transaction but after I was rung up I was simply handed my ounce and literally not even a "see you later" or any verbal communication once he took my money. $130 and I won't be back I like other dispensaries cause they actually seem like they want you to come back. Maybe a "have a good night" or "thank you" would be pretty chill. Also it wasn't busy like 1 other person in the shop at 7pm on a Tuesday. I hope spacebuds restocks soon so I don't have to slum it at these discount shops. SMH. read more

I don't typically partake in the consumption of marijuana, but for the occasional instance that I do, I always head to Track Town Collective. The employees here are knowledgeable, patient and super kind. They always take the time to answer my questions, and make good suggestions based on the vague descriptions I give them. Just heard about this place and decided to give it a try. I was looking for a edible that was 1.1 cbd -thc. After not finding anything at two local shops the guy at Rasta shop said to try Tracktown and they had what I needed. They could have a better price on ounces of flower.(perhaps run a special). But all in all a good selection and excellent service. read more

This is my favorite place to get my meds been coming here every day for the past year but today I got charged taxes on the shake menu which I been getting everyday all year and everyone theres has told me that theres is no discounts or taxes on the shake menu but the lady manager today told me that they tax the shake menu I bought an 8th yesterday and no taxes makes no sence read more

As someone who suffers from significant back issues, I rely on curbside pickup and have used this location consistently since the COVID era. Unfortunately, the service today--while not new in pattern--was the worst I've experienced to date. I called for over 10 minutes upon arrival to let the store know I had arrived. This long wait time is a recurring issue at this location. When an associate named Carmen finally answered, I was met with attitude rather than an apology. I mentioned I had been calling for over 10 minutes, and she responded that she was the only one working. If that were the case, it's unclear why the phone wouldn't have been heard or answered earlier. This "we can't hear the phone in the back" excuse has been used for years, and it's unacceptable at this point. Shortly after that call, I began receiving multiple consecutive calls from an unfamiliar number. It turned out to be a manager from the store. I answered after the third attempt, and again, I was given the same explanation about the phone being in the back. I explained that this has been a long-standing issue and that I was disappointed not only in the delay but in the rudeness I experienced today--something I've never encountered to this degree. When I told the manager that, due to this repeated poor service, I would no longer shop at this location (despite being a loyal customer and having recommended it to family and friends), I was shocked to be accused of "abusing staff." This accusation was both unfounded and offensive. I did not raise my voice, use inappropriate language, or behave disrespectfully in any way. I simply voiced my concerns. To be treated this way as a longtime customer is not only disappointing--it's unacceptable. I will no longer be doing business at this location and will be encouraging others to reconsider as well. Word of mouth matters, and I hope your team begins taking consistent, respectful customer service more seriously in the future

I love the price great weed especially. Wish I didn't rub the two staff members the wrong way. I had a tbi so I sometimes have trouble ‍ I have my wife with me usually to help with menus and pricing but the last two times I was alone and I just turned around and walked away. The girl behind the counter just stared at me through her glasses without saying a word. I got overwhelmed and left. I haven't been able to go back because I don't want to feel like that again. What a great place! I have gone in and talked with Sam, the owner, who has helped me find products best for my needs. Super knowledgeable, helpful, honest guy. They have a different discount everyday, and veterans get a 22% discount EVERYDAY!! So far I have gotten the best deals in here with the quality products they carry, top shelf stuff!
