The workout was doable, but I wish they would play more music to motivate people. They should add another trainer; there were about 20 people with only one coach. When lifting weights, it's crucial to make sure you are using the proper form. Adding another coach will allow people to have more 1:1 attention when needed. Not a great place for beginners, in my opinion. Free but limited parking when you enter the alley.

I loved the hospitality and honestly that alone would make me want to come back for more. To the trainer -- Thank YOU for that awesome workout! It hurt soooooo good. Definitely high intensity, jus how I like it. The trainer TRAINED and he did it well. Very energetic, motivating and keeps up with everyone in the class. The class is set up for 35mins total, nonstop. 1 min intervals, between the cycling bike and the floor. The workout on the floor is different every time, I love that simply because it keeps you engaged. Got a lil ab workout at the end of it as well, which was the cherry on top for me. Overall I had a very good experience and I would recommend anyone who is scrolling past these reviews to check them out! There is 90mins free underground parking around the back. Make sure you get your ticket validated!

Having a giant rooftop to workout on has been a game changer! I spend most of my workout up there. This place is never overly busy. Even if I go around 5 or 6pm, I never have to wait for a machine. I was charged past my membership and it turned into back-and-forth texting and no one ever offered a refund for the extra charges. The whole thing felt unprofessional, like there wasn't much training on how to handle the business side of things from someone named coach sky. I just got messages from them saying "Confirming you will no longer be charged" ... it's the second time, so! fingers crossed. Overall great workouts, great coaches and atmosphere but if you ever need to cancel, be prepared for a headache.

You rotate between stations and perform a different movement at each station. There are TV screens that demonstrate the exercises. There is music, and you feel motivated and supported, but it is too dull for me. The trainers are great and professional, but I enjoy Barry's Bootcamp better. It is a great gym option for people at all levels: beginners, intermediate, and advanced. The place is clean and well-maintained, with a shower, cubbies, a free parking lot in the back of the building, and some street-metered parking.

I started with the half-hour Express Intervals class, which is perfect if you've never rowed. Maggie was a fantastic instructor who gave me plenty of intel and encouragement while we rowed to bouncy Boy Bands. In the middle of the session, we mixed things up with some weight-lifting. I can't believe I made it through an entire class! It was energizing and invigorating. Plus, I love how this full-body exercise combines cardiovascular fitness and strength training. Surprisingly, you can receive four free sessions a month if Active Renew is included in your Medicare plan. Normally, classes are about $25-30 each, depending on your plan, but your first class is free. Yes, parking can be tricky, but if you pull into the lot at the Hampton Inn next door and tell them you're going to Row House, it's only $1. Row on over!

I was helped by a sweet young lady ( I didn't catch her name). She set me up to start the class, that part was super easy and flawlessly. It all took a turn and got RUSTY. Half of the time I didn't know what he was saying if he was saying anything at all. At times it all went quiet and then I would see him come back and explain the exercise on the floor and then walk away to his computer. It felt like I was at a restaurant just listening to the back ground conversation that doesn't sound interesting. As a coach I would think you are there to encourage the people that are already paying a hundreds of dollars a month for a membership. Luckily it was just my free class. They do give you another free class but even for me I'd have to pass on that. Another thing that was a bit annoying is that they have a TV showing you how to do the exercises on the floor. This is something you can easily find on YouTube. Over all although I did have high hopes in getting a membership this type of gym is not for me. Others might love it. Just not for me.

When you ask the employees, they say "I don't know, I don't really cycle". I'm not sure what that has to do with knowing how to use the equipment at the gym that you do in fact work at. The staff is the primary reason I decided to cancel my membership. They are simply bodies in a chair. They won't help, they don't say hello or greet you, they seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. They act like you're interrupting their personal conversation when you need to buy a water or ask literally anything. Cycling classes come and go without wiping the equipment. The cleaning standards here are 7/10. The best selling point here is the pool. It's nice to swim indoors, but there are only 3 lanes. Also, the cycling instructor, (Bernard I believe?) is the reason this gym gets a third star vs 1. Overall, the staff not knowing how equipment works, saying you're SOL when none of their bikes work, and being overall rude and unpleasant really kill the energy here more than I imagined. When I first signed up, I felt like it did not matter if the staff was rude- but here we are. I would rather pay less, knowing i'm going to get sub par service. If I'm going to pay almost $200, I would expect cleanliness and employees who know anything about the gym.
