My mom has had two kids, and when…read moreshe's gotta go, she's gotta go, so she parked near the door so she could get to the car to get home if she needed to. we all had pizza at the second rate pizza place there, and then we walked clear across the mall to leave cause mom had to pee, and guess what?? the door we came through was LOCKED. It took TWENTY MINUTES to walk to the door, find out it was locked, walk all the way across the mall to the other door to get out, and then walk ALL THE WAY back the OTHER WAY to get to the car. Not a single employee to be found anywhere, no notices posted anywhere about locking the doors extra early, nothing. The food here sucks, and the stores are all taking their dying breaths in a failing economy. SO, if you've never been to this mall, let me sum it up for you. it's like walking down a plain, barren hallway that's been halfway cleaned with locked restrooms and exits with food poisoning lurking around every corner. for the only mall in Alamogordo, you'd figure they would try way harder to make it nicer. Don't spend your money in this overpriced overrated backwoods hillbilly hallway.

When I ordered it clearly stated 3 items left. I can't help to think the store worker took the worst package off the shelf to sell me. I'm not happy with the price as well. The $17 item ended up costing me $35 in added fees. Buyer beware! It's a risk if you buy online from this Walmart. I'm not happy. I did not take the item back as we were pressed for time. I ended up going to another store to buy a nicer gift. I'll take the item out of the box, clean it and donate it.

We came in to this location since we are visiting family and needed a prescription transferred…read more Transferring from one pharmacy to another wasn't really a big issue, where the issue for us came into play was the cost. We live in Texas and our prescription in Texas costs us $48 for a 30 day supply. For some reason, Walmart evidently doesn't stay consistent with pricing for drugs across state lines, because this location was going to charge us $1200 for the same prescription! We talked with both pharmacy's, this one and ours back home and no one had any explanation for it other than it could be a different supplier. We asked just to get a 3 day supply so we could finish the visit and refill when we got back home, but they still wanted to charge us $1200 for just 3 pills. This is ridiculous. Seems Walmart pharmacy in New Mexico has fallen into the medical for profit trap, where the patient is less important.

Because these are the products even higher than the rest. If I don't know what I'm paying, I'm NOT buying. I've never heard of a business with this policy. Ever. Unless it's a seriously high end restaurant. And they sure aren't named Big Lots. With the bags at checkout, if ya'll can't afford to double bag heavier items when a customer requests, 2 choices: stop providing bags, or charge for the extra. And no, cramming ALL the items into the double bags, is not the answer. Next time this happens, I'm snatching the bag from her hand and bagging my OWN. I have her name. I WONT post. This time. She told me the store was "short on bags."

Police called on me ....This is in ALAMOGORDO NEW MEXICO…read more NOT SF Heres the story .. got a text message that my prescription was ready ... i was in Las cruzes as my wife had a heart attack .. she was helicoptered there 3 days before ... it took me a hour and half after that to return home... When i went to pickup my prescription there were 5 people in front of me so waited another 38 minutes in line with only ONE lady to wait on all these people...there was 10 people behind me ..there was ONE person waiting on customers... then finally they opened the second window..waited on the man in front of me .. Then it was my turn ..was told i had to wait 30 minutes for the safe to be opened....i explained i got the text over 2 hours ago .. then the wait in line ..now its almost 3 hours since the text.... i was told to come back in a hour ..as there text messages mean nothing and if i didnt leave they were calling the police .. as i was leaving the store in the parking lot i was surrounded by FOUR police cars...Told to put my hands on the police car... they frisked me for weapons as the pharmacy manager said i threated her ...she never even came to the counter..and i never said anything other then i came for my meds.... they had 8 people behind their counter to help ..yet NONE did ..the store has great staff..but the pharmacy is a joke.. my advice is NEVER get anything there...Wamarts .. Walgreens are much better and customer oriented ... pharmacy manager ...short dark hair .glasses..told me NEVER to return as they dont need my business.. if you want to be frisked and almost arrested DO not complain about waiting ...they will call the police.. i was also warned i was tresspassed so if i return ..i d be arrested.. we used to spend close to 600.00 a month there.. I have to wait on my myself if I have a few items which I don't mind however, what is my biggest pet peeve and makes me not want to even into your store you have two CSM's busy worrying about their ratings on a self checkout when I've got to have a filthy counter now look if I have to work for myself and pay for my groceries and scan them. I'll be damned if I have to come up to a filthy counter this will be my last stop again for a while. We'll see if things improve next year.
