Who doesn't love a good Instagrammable photo op? You've got plenty of options here. But let's get into the food! I've been looking for the perfect pancakes and I've found them here (hence my waistline concerns). And the entire staff is just as sweet. It's definitely giving family style tables because you will have to make space for all the foods. You can take plates away and make room as best as you can. No big deal because we're all eating and having a good time. I was heartbroken when they ran out of holiday mugs but they are popular so it is what it is. I arrived at 446 AM , the waitress Macy was overwhelmed with two customers and could not focus ( someone ordered 20 eggs ) . The waitress we normally have is quick and can handle the crowd. She was working on Togo orders so the people dining in were ignored. The cook looked miserable. My food came out freezing cold because of the Togo order line it sat there for 10 min while I started at it . I never got the bacon or the waffle !!! when my cold meal came . I never got a coffee refill and WF coffee is $$$ . Horrible service, which is odd b/c it used to be good . I think I was more in shock b/c I've never seen a WF waitress move this slow before . I'll stick with the GOAT in Palmetto those ladies DO NOT mess around ( this is closer to 85 and I had to get to work ) . When I asked her what happened, she said she had too many Togo orders and started talking about how long it takes to pack of their food , so she can't work & the tables will just have to wait . I mentioned at the end I never even got a coffee refill , she said well I'm just too busy with other customers. I said there was one other person when we walked in .. BUT the Togo orders had to come first . This is the first time I never tipped at a WH . I tip 100 percent at WH ( ask the palmetto crew) . Macy never even apologized for the cold food , just shrugged the shoulders b/c .. well someone ordered 20 eggs . Bless her heart .
