So 2 weeks ago we check out KT, there are only 3 places in town that have salt water fish. I should have known, the salt water tanks were nasty. My wife was along and seen a Royal Gramma fish, purple and yellow, very pretty but tank was a mess. My wife wanted to get the fish out of the bad environment, I said ok against my better judgement. Talked to fish keeper, I told her i don't have a quarantine tank yet and she assured me it was healthy. A week later in my display tank I notice the KT fish starting to get white spots on it. Sure enough the fish has ICH. I have it with fish that cost me over 200$ now in danger of ruining their beautiful appearance. Wrote KT on facebook complaining about the whole situation, not even a sorry. Message was read and no response. So had to buy a new quarantine tank, have to catch all my fish and a fire shrimp, put in 20g and medicate them for weeks. All because KT sells diseased fish. Don't buy from them, by appearance of tanks they don't care about the fish, and by not responding to complaint they don't seem to care about customers either after they have your money. A Lot of time and money will be wasted due to their poor fish keeping skills. Not happy customer.
