In this day and age it is very hard to find people in this age bracket that understand how to provide good customer service. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Colton, my consultant, went above and beyond to find the best fitting suit for the best price for me. It was a great experience. He and the other in the store were friendly and helpful. I even got the pants hemmed quickly by their seamstress, even though it was close to closing time. Would come here again.

Then I couldn't even find my sons size in any shoe I had to just look for his size and open the box and hope they were boys. It was a mess. Worst Kohl's I've ever been to. They're lucky they are the only one for hundreds of miles and that they're not my normal Kohl's, we were just in Bismarck for the day. Oh and when I told the lady checking me out she said "oh well sorry". I'm not saying the store has to be perfect but it had every brand, every size and gender all just thrown around in the kids section.

Bright, trendy color pattern (eggshell blues and browns), good lighting, super cute dressing rooms with comfy seats. (Expensive) trendy clothes are offered up to size 24, though the few I tried on ran teeny teeny tiny in size. The salesgirls didn't notice that my friend and I were still in the fitting rooms when they closed shop at 6pm, but we weren't rushed out and they gladly made the sale and raised the gates for us.

The mother loaded 10+ toys onto the counter, the cashier by the name Samantha refused to check her items out and completely ignored the customer. She than told her to go to a different cashier. I could not see the name tag of the other employee that helped the customer but good job to her for handling the situation better than the cashier. She put all of the items back into the mother's cart and directed her to a different cashier. I was disappointed with the treatment the customer received from the cashier named Samantha. Let's be professional guys! The lack of training is not a good look As a mother, I felt bad for the boy anxiously waiting to take his toys home, personal problems should be left at home.
