This store is a joke! I ordered something online and chose store pickup to avoid shipping costs. I…read moreran in to grab it, thinking it would be a fast experience, on my lunch break. I followed the instructions in my e-mail. Right when you walk in they have a one-way maze to check out, a wall for the amazon orders/returns, then stacked shelves with numbers and what appeared to be all pickup orders. After waiting in line to be the next customer to check out, I noticed the self pickup and walked through the maze. The email nor order never indicate what number went with my order. I waited in line for help from the amazon guy, he said I needed to go through the checkout line, I waited in that line again for a teenager to scan and tell me I must pickup the item in the self pickup. Duh! What number am I looking for? She gave me a random number and instead of walking around the maze, I cut through the blocked off amazon area. The manager or whoever the old lady was, then snarled and said something under her breath. I found the number and got my item finally. This quick, convenient process turned into a 20 min ordeal. This is ridiculous. It was very unorganized, unhelpful, and chaotic. Quickly reminded me of why I stopped shopping here altogether.

I found where I thought the items would be. The pharmacy staff was swamped so I went to the nearby "Health & Beauty" area where there was an associate just looking at the wall. I asked about the item and she responded, "You know you're in Health & Beauty. You need to be in the pharmacy." And with that, she turned away. I may have responded with something like, "I know where I am but the pharmacy staff were unavailable but thank you for the information." Anywhoo, made me mad so I left. One star review here. As soon as I got in the car, I looked at their website and found out I could order the item for curbside pickup the next day. That's what I did. Four star review for the curbside crew. I had to wait a bit for this one item but the associate was very apologetic about my wait (which was about 20 minutes). I was just happy to get the item. 4.5 star review here. My advice. Every year they organize a runway deal where they let the kids model Belk clothes and my nieces and nephew had a blast. From having snacks available to helping find their sizes and even games afterwards, they go above and beyond to make it a success. Also, my mom forgot her cell phone once and the guy at the men's counter held it for her. It might seem like no big deal but nowadays honesty is rare.
