Sometimes short on cashiers, hard to find staff to help at jewelry counter and changing rooms, but most the staff are friendly. Staff in specialty areas like electronics and cellular (in the back) are friendly and try to help, but seem to have limited knowledge. I had to take back a screen protector because the one the sent with me was for a different phone. Instant photo printers don't always work right because of problems with their cables. I've learned to take my own cable with me. I have not used the pharmacy.

The first time I was in they had UGG house shoes for around $50 and the next time I came in they had Chacos for about $50. This may seem like a lot of money, but that is exponentially cheaper than you would find them anywhere else. But there are many many more affordable things also. I got some great thank you notes for four dollars and even found some really cute two dollar pillows and three dollar wine openers. They had some great clothes but none in the size I needed. You have to be in the right mood to come in here because sometimes you have to really look to find the great bargains but it is well worth spending the time to do so. It has become one of my favorite places to go because you never know what you will find, but it will always be at a great price.

Not only was their service at reception sparse and rude. They obviously have no concept of time. I was promised that my vehicle would take 30 minutes on the first time, 45 minutes the second, and my wife was told 45 minutes when she took her vehicle in. Take that time and AT LEAST double it. My wife waited for 2.5 hours with one other car in the garage. I now have vehicle problems that required my vehicle be towed to the shop, after they replaced my battery. Needless to say they have lost my business forever!

The employee totally agreed and said that the assistant manager had an employee place them there. Nevertheless, it's sad that despite the fact that many local schools are not allowing the spinners at school, that Walmart (at least the one in Bluffton) is promoting it.
