This newest location has not been open very long and it is much smaller than the Muncie location. But if you are willing to take the time you can find some incredible deals. The first time I was in they had UGG house shoes for around $50 and the next time I came in they had Chacos for about $50. This may seem like a lot of money, but that is exponentially cheaper than you would find them anywhere else. But there are many many more affordable things also. I got some great thank you notes for four dollars and even found some really cute two dollar pillows and three dollar wine openers. They had some great clothes but none in the size I needed. You have to be in the right mood to come in here because sometimes you have to really look to find the great bargains but it is well worth spending the time to do so. Great selection, unbeatable prices. The atmosphere is a bit strange, but if you can look past that you will snag some killer deals.

Do not go. The most unprofessional and rude customer service that I have ever witnessed and experienced. The manager was so harsh with what and how she said things, clearly rude to everyone, and very combative and wanted to start a fight with whoever would do so. One lady had a medical problem in which she wore a clearly visible IV and you would have thought that she wanted her to just die on the spot instead of helping her with her stuff. She was so worried about hitting the door in the inside with her fist just to make a point, that she didn't even notice others trying to get out of her way so she could continue her tantrum. There were several customers that will take not only themselves but family and friends with them somewhere else to shop. Customer service will make or break a business and this one will not be here long. When you have a toxic Manger like this you are setting yourself up for disaster. And I am being nice about this situation. The doors were not closed and the hours not posted on the outside door for everyone to see. She was even chasing down people in cars like an animal.
