I dropped off my dog with a female, on pick up, a male gave me a report how my dog was aggressive and possibly a not a fit for boarding which is not like my dog at all; he is the sweetest, then the female shows up and gives a different review, no thanks, very inconsistent and hence untrustworthy. Also, I noticed only one person watches over one area of dogs and also handles the front which leaves multiple dogs unsupervised together and doesn't seem safe. My dog smelled disgusting after 3 hours of being there which tells me they don't clean as often as they should.

We boarded both our dogs for 4 nights while we went on vacation. One of our dogs was injured during…read moreplay time. They contacted us right away. Took our pet to an emergency vet, waited with him for 6 hours then proceeded to take such good care of him with 4 different meds and sending us updates and pictures so we could see he was doing better. Lydia took such amazing care of him and personally texted me regularly on his progress. We have always had good experiences with them for boarding and daycare but this time they went so far above and beyond.
