The staff is wonderful to our boy who frequents the daycare daily, as we both work demanding careers this helps our boy get his daily energy out. She has had no previous issues receiving vaccines. Today we did not see the same dr/vet there that we have previously. The vet tech/assistant was holding my puppy and had her ready for the vet to administer the vaccines. The vet was very chat, and delayed giving the vaccines. Eventually puppy started getting nervous, and started to jerk away. She did not attempt to nip or bite. The vet made the quick decision that she did not feel comfortable, and want to reschedule and send her home with medication to sedate her and have me bring her back. I felt this was a little unnecessary, but agreed. When I went to check out I was told I was paying for an office exam and the meds. When I enquired if that meant that I would not be paying for an office exam when I brought puppy back, they stated I would. When I started questioning this the receptionist I was speaking with became very rude. I told them I did not feel this was fair as I did not make the decision to not have the vaccines given today. I spoke with the office manager, who was quite condescending, and apparently didn't think I understood why I should be paying for 2 appointments. Ultimately I advised them I would not be bring her back, and made her an appointment elsewhere. I probably would have just paid for everything, had they not been so nasty about the fact I was even questioning it.

Recently I had to put my best friend down which was a very difficult and painful event. During the last moments with her, the staff kept me very well informed and gave me immeasurable support.
