Communication from management was poor, with unclear expectations and little follow-through. Coaches were frequently rude or dismissive, and there was little to no recognition or appreciation for hard work, even when employees consistently went above and beyond. Concerns raised by staff were often ignored or minimized, including serious interpersonal issues between coworkers, which were not handled appropriately. Overall, the environment reflected poor working conditions, low accountability, and little support for employees. While their main shop is based in the mountains of Colorado, they have outlets across the country at a number of renaissance festivals, including the Maryland Renaissance Festival. I've been eying their cloaks for some time - and finally bought one a few years ago from their booth at the Maryland Renaissance Festival. They did not have what I wanted on hand - so I placed an order for a custom full length wool cloak with yoke - in green and black. I bought the cloak about four years ago - but the cloak is so warm - I've never had an opportunity to wear it to a renaissance festival as unless it is really cold out, I'd sweat wearing it. Well this past weekend was positively wet - and very, very cold and windy at the Maryland Renaissance Festival. And my Half Moon cloak finally got to make it's debut - and was it ever warm and comfortable - and is a really sharp looking cloak!

A mall with people in it!? We were visiting Grand Junction, and needed to find something to do on a…read morerainy day. After a quick internet search, I found out about Mesa Mall. We were wary at first. The malls in our area have either closed or are bare bones, but we decided to visit anyway, and we were so glad we did. The best part was it brought back memories of being a kid and a teenager. There was a lot of kids hanging with their friends which was really cool. Also a lot of fun shops, like a CD/record shop, a claw game shop, candy stores and more. There was also an awesome food court with an AW restaurant. Good wholesome fun! The world needs more of this. Hopefully, the new trend is to bring the malls back!!!!
