This company really, truly takes care of its customers! They are always friendly on the phone and…read morein person and they know what they're talking about. I get bulk feed from them as well as the lick tubs and various other supplies for livestock. I live a good hour away and I could go to closer places but these guys take such good care of me that it's worth the drive. They usually beat other store's prices! I had one little issue where an employee ordered me the wrong bulk feed and when I opened the tote and saw it wasn't correct, I called them and they bent over backwards to make it right for me. I am very pleased with how seriously they take customer service! They've got my business for life!

Other one....needs carb according to mechanic. If so, why they didnt do that first? They agreed to get carb, install and tune if I paid for carb. I agreed.....now after 2 weeks, nothing. I picked the saw up. This place is a joke. Dont take your stuff there. No parts, no knowledge or service on Stihl.

I wasn't told the pet wash had different hours. The lady on the phone never said anything about not. Just could have saved a drive down to the store.

Ordered feed online..received a message that half my order wasn't available..so I ended up getting…read morethe products that weren't available at another feed store. The full amount of my order was deducted from my account..when I called and asked why, I was told that they weren't sure..gave me a number to call for customer issues..when I called and explained the problem, I was told that it hadn't been deducted..it was pending..my account balance shows the full amount was deducted..when I explained that I had to go to another feed store to get what I needed, I got the response "oh..you had to buy it twice " and was told if the difference wasn't refunded back to my account by Monday to call back..it's a 100 mile round trip for me to drive to TSC..while I'm not the biggest customer they have..I still spend roughly 600 to 800 a month there..until now...I'll take my business elsewhere from here on..it may nit seem like a lot to them..but it is to those of us who work hard for our money
