I've been a customer for ten years at the Dunnellon store, and the manager, Eric, has always been great. He matches prices, and if a bag is ripped takes off on that if I have to bring anything back, there is never an issue. At times i may have to go to Ocala store have not gotten the same experiance there bring back moldy suppliments and feed, i would always go to Dunnellon to return it the other manager there shes not so pleasent i belive her name is Brianna even when i complained at Ocala store the worker new exacally who I was talking about so shes had many complaints..She had a fit that I came back for the same product that was matched. Go to the Williston store if you've got the choice...and any self respect. I've more than once heard the young lady at the register argue with a customer, and THREE times this winter when temps were forecast below freezing, they CLOSED their propane refill station early! There are a few here that try, but the ones with bad attitude make me curious about my other options. Try Dunnellon Feed also. read more

Don't know why the store has lower reviews. If I could give it six stars I would. They were extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional. I purchased a zero turn, 50 stall mats, and five 8 foot gates. They did not have all 50 mats but were able to source them and remembered to call me once they had them. This is the only Tractor Supply in the area that does not carry Cold Galvanizing Compound from Rust-o-leum. This happens to be my closest store and corporate management (not store management) told me several months ago that they would have this store stock that item. With all the competition one would think that maybe some house cleaning of management might not be a bad idea. read more

This is my number one choice locally for horse and dog supplies. Great staff, always available to answer questions or load large purchases.

Register clerk was VERY attentive. Our dog loves the dog toy isle! She gets to pick her own toy and get a treat on the way out. Now she knows when we are close and gets so excited. Very friendly and helpful staff. read more
