When we tried to take it back less than 24hrs later the owner very abruptly cited a poorly displayed no returns sign. These people carry very low quality pets, the store is a pit and the people working are either dismissive or outwardly hostile. Petsmart coming to town will wipe them out and I wont feel bad about it.

Well the manager seen how upset she was and informed us that they had one that had been picked on in the back. They could not sell him but that we could adopt him. My daughter was so happy and she got to adopt him. Not only did our daughter get her hamster but we also left with a crested gecko. The Manager and young lady that were working that day were simply amazing. And we will for sure be back!

We then asked about latex toys for dogs as they are really hard to find. She immediately showed us her selection. We bought a giraffe and a pig. Mollie loves them both.
