Much to my surprise my intended groomer messaged me asking if I was still bringing my dog in for grooming that very hour. I quickly went to PJ and explained the situation. They had just finished giving my dog his much needed bath and were SO SO gracious. I offered to pay them for bathing and they said it was complimentary. :) Took my dog to the correct groomer and she was equally understanding. There are great people out there in the grooming industry. Puppy Junction is one of those.

Also got angered at me when I let her know that I felt they should pay the $104 vet bill and that I shouldn't have to pay for the grooming. Never once did I hear an apology, it was all talking down on me asking if it was there that she received the wound. SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN GROOMED THERE! Never will I return and hope that no one reading this would consider going there. They show no compassion and should not be around dogs. Terrible, terrible!!!!

Every single time we take our dog there (every 6-8 weeks) they come up with something new that the…read moredog needs before they will groom them. Rabies shots are all that most groomers require, which they are current on, but they want flu shots, heartworm med (which we give the dog at home, but isn't good enough for the vet), etc. They do a great job grooming our dog, but we won't be taking them back due to the unnecessary things they require that cost a lot of money. When this was mentioned to the staff they did not seem to care. Very disappointing.
