Retail 101: you give the customer the size they've requested. What she didn't realize was that I already have the dress in another color in the size I ordered and should have received. I've called 6 times and sent 6 emails. I was ghosted much like the previous reviews. I finally received an email that a dress went out via ground vs the 2 day that I paid for for an event that took place last weekend. I will be reporting this as fraud should the dress not come in.
