That is too narrow a basis to hurt any businesses overall rating. I would also give Yelp a one star rating for still accepting her reviews. Look at her reviews and you will see 95 % are one star over one issue that made her furious and always using extremely derogatory language that could be labeled overly entitled, just attention seeking or a paid critic to harm the business.
