Our recent experience has reminded me that going local is the way to go. We needed a new dishwasher recently and decided to purchase through one of the two chain garden/home improvement stores. The service was "meh" but we persevered. After waiting for two weeks for any movement on the company, we decided to go down the street to Tim's and see what options they had for dishwashers. While the selections were few, they had one dishwasher that had what we wanted (of COURSE we want the third rack...doesn't everyone?)...and though it was more expensive than we originally planned on spending (at the box store), it was ready for purchase and installation. We paid for it and waited for a phone call to have it installed...and what do you know? We were called within two days and the actual dishwasher was installed within three days of the call! The person who installed the dishwasher was professional, respectful, and determined to install the product completely and correctly! We are still waiting to hear from the box store for next steps on purchasing a cheaper dishwasher...it's now been a month since we started the process with them. I kind of hope they do call so that I can rave about Tim's and their speedy service. Oh, and that we ended up purchasing a more expensive product. Go local, my yelping friends! read more

Bought a Bosch dishwasher from them. Price was a few dollars cheaper than Amazon. They had one in black in stock which is what I wanted. Shawn Henderson Plumbing brought the dishwasher out and installed it. Minor problem with the unit which Shawn quickly fixed. No problems. Will start using them from now on. read more

We purchased a Complete kitchen (Frig, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Cook top range and hood) and Washer and Dryer Nov 2018. We needed a new dishwasher ASAP for final approval on our home loan. They had just unpacked the Model that I wanted an put it out on the floor...actually it was the next model up. I came in prepaid in and picked it up the next morning. We had been to one of the home warehouse stores in Roseburg and pre-selected everything there to find that it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. Everything on sales floor was a display "of what" we would receive. That would have left us cooking on a camp stove and visiting a Laundromat every week. The recent 'Snowmagedon' caused power issues that killed our dishwasher. I went online and researched the best dishwashers so had a short list of makes and models. I checked prices online and at the box stores before going to Tim's Appliance Outlet store on South Stephens. They happened to have the exact dishwasher at the top of our list. Even with installation, the price was cheaper than the best price I could find for just the dishwasher. We'd bought a refrigerator from their store off Harvard a couple years ago after browsing the box stores. Their price was at least $400 less than the price of a comparable frig elsewhere. From now on, Tim's will be our first stop for our appliance needs. read more

Very unprofessional and rude. Had an issue and instead of working with me to fix it they went out of their way to act childish and blame everyone else. Also wouldnt put any effort into fixing things and we're extremely unpleasant to even talk to. read more

My new Whirlpool washer was delivered1/5/2022. It froze up on me on3/11/2022. There was a message in the window that shows the water temperature telling me to close the lid. The lid was closed! I opened it and closed it again. Same message. I unplugged the machine, waited 5 minutes and plugged it back in. Same message. Nothing worked to make it go through the cycle. I called Tim's and was told that the scheduler would call me back. This was in the morning. By 3pm still no call. I called back and was told the scheduler would call me by 5pm. That didn't happen. I called this morning (3/14/22) and was told the scheduler had two people ahead of me and would call back. I never did get a call back. I guess I may have to get an attorney to get my money back for me. Very poor service. I had spoken to a man at "Restore" on Diamond Lake Blvd. and if I had purchased my washer from them, it would be fixed this week. DON'T BUY FROM TIM'S!!! read more

Worst experience I have ever had. Bought a range at their scratch and dent store. Was told it was new and worked. Went and installed it and it didn't work. They said they would have it repaired in 3 days. It turned into 3 weeks. Then the manager Tom was real rude and kept telling me he was going to return my money. We bought a Maytag microwave from Tims about two years ago. The light in the microwave hood burned out and we tried all over town to get a replacement to no avail. I called Tim's and they said I would have to call back as the only person that could handle it was gone. My wife stopped there today and now they said we need to get them the model number. They sold it to us for crying out loud but wouldn't check their records to see what they sold us. That is not what I would call helpful nor friendly in their service. Not happy with Tims read more

The owner and all of the people who work here are incredibly nice, helpful and funny! Family owned, 6 months 0% APR and CHEAPER than Home Depot, Lowes or Costco! Just bought Whirlpool set, had it delivered and installed within a few hours. Best experience I've ever had! Check out their new warehouse downtown, they hadn't even officially opened yet, and they set me up. Wish I would've checked here first, saves a ton of stress and hastle! read more
