If I could go lower I would. This company customer service is the worst, I understand Craig is the owner he obviously doesn't need the money and doesn't the work....he came to look at a sign we would like for our church (LED sign) last Wednesday we have called and called all the receptionist can do is transfer the call, she did say she would talk to him when he came, we'll nothing happened. The bottom line is we are still waiting for an estimate...he has had a week how long does it take to write one. Forget this place. Would NOT recommend Tracy Signs tp anyone. read more

I think they make good quality signs. They need some more tweeks and definitely they need to work on their customers service. Also, just because your busy; customer should never be ignored. My friend is opening a Spay and Neuter Clinic in Tracy and she needs a sign for her building. Tracy Signs was recommended so we went there today. We had not seen the reviews from Yelp for this business. We walked in and we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by a woman behind the counter. She went and got a man who I assumed to be the owner. Craig. He promptly helped us and was very nice and professional as well. He helped my friend offering suggestions and answered all her questions respectfully. The sign has not been made yet but I hope everything works well in that area like it did today. Will keep you posted but so far so good. No complaints here. read more

Reply to your comment on my review. I did call at 1 year and was told it would be a $400 service call to check out the wiring so I am not sure why you are basically calling me a liar on that. I wish they would have honored the 3yr warranty but you didn't. I am a very honest person and multiple business owner. I have been in business for over 20yrs and it is my honest opinion your customer service is poor. This was my wife business we got a sign for and would not recommend anyone getting one from you. I do event lighting professionally and deal with wiring so it is also my professional opinion not just that of a competitors that the wiring was poor. I also want to add the replacement sign printing was a lesser quality then the original and did not hold up. We had to replace it a few years later. Poor customer service, poor installation and poor quality of product. Yes it was a wind storm but you only had two screws holding the entire sign face on. Poor install and should have been secured with more like I did when I installed it myself. It also goes to show your customer service by your reply is 5yrs later after I left the review! read more

Top notch sign shop! My shop is located in Pinole California and trust me I called around my area. Everyone was too busy to get quotes out in a timely manner. I finally called Tracy signs that was referred to me by a buddy of mine who had their signs designed and installed by this shop. The owner Craig was very helpful, honest and gave me a great price. Tracy Sign has been great to deal with during our transition into a new warehouse. The turnaround time for almost every project has been 3 weeks or less! Pretty impressive. The only complaint that I do have is that you cannot rely on the company to be on time. The couple of times that we have had Tracy Sign install on site, the company has had to push the scheduled time an hour or two later. This has put me in stressful situations to reschedule meetings and employee's days. Other than time management, I have no complaints! read more

Horrible! I called these guys to reattach some improperly siliconed letters on my sign. They wanted to do it in a heavy rainstorm. I asked the guy if he knew that silicone can't set properly when wet, and he said they do it all the time. Want your sign to fall on your head? These are your guys! The only reason they got two stars instead of one, is that unlike incompetent sign guys "Fast Signs" and "Golden Gate Signs" they at least understood the concept of resiliconing letters on a sign without pictures and diagrams. Yes, those simpletons had to be drawn a diagram to reattach a letter...of course the only reason the sign is falling down in the first place is because the clowns at Lucky Signs had no concept how to silicone a pinned sign. If there is anyone in this town who can do a simple sign project properly, they've done a great job of hiding themselves! read more

Let me start by saying customer service at this establishment is HORRIBLE! I purchased a neon sign for my husband in early october 2015, the sign had one of its letters broken. So i asked around and a close friend recommended me toTracy signs. I called the quote was low enough for me to afford so i took it straight in to them. When I got there I let them this was a Christmas present and they assured me it would be done before the 25th of December. So I waited until the week before and called to find out if it was done (no one called me?) They said yes and i went to pick it up. I get there to pick it up and the piece of neon they fixed was blue in color and the rest of my sign is white????? I was told they are 2 different types of glass and that if iI let it sit for a few hours the color would be the same. Not true! I took it and gave it to my husband and then after christmas I brought it back and I waited for the to fix it again.Then I was informed that they would not order me a small piece of glass because it would now cost them money, so I had to wait for a bigger shippment of glass to come in. So at this point I am so angry I just want it fixed so I wait and wait for 2 more months and finally go to pick it up and it still has a blue color to it in the location of the origanal break, SMH! Oh , I alomost forgot during my frustration the lady in the front offered to refund my money but she would only do it after she removed the piece of blue glass.
